               Friday, November 7, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. at the Multipurpose Building, 2nd Floor, Phetchasamut Worawihan Temple, Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, has assigned Mr. Ekkachon Noi Ngern, Director of the Central Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office. Participate in the Panrasamwaran (15-day) merit-making ceremony to offer royal merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother.

                 With Phra Ratcha Samut Wachirasophon, Advisor to the Sangha Region 15 and Abbot of Wat Phet Samut Worawihan Royal Monastery, as the chairman of the clergy, with Mr. Chaiyachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, as the chairman of the laity, lighting incense and candles to worship the Triple Gem. Light incense and candles and pay homage to the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, with the Deputy Governor of the Province. Judges, Chief Justices, Court Prosecutors, soldiers, police, Provincial Deputy Governors, Provincial Office Chiefs, District Chiefs, Heads of Government Agencies, Civil Servants, Officials and Citizens of Samut Songkhram Province attended the ceremony.

                  The ceremony included a sermon and a chanting ceremony, along with the offering of robes, offerings, and pouring of water to receive blessings, to express loyalty and gratitude for His Majesty's immeasurable grace.Of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, who has devoted herself to performing various royal duties for the benefit and happiness of the Thai people.
