Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, along with Mr. Ekanarin Piyapanyamonkol  The Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Campus Office attended a meeting to clarify operational guidelines that respond to the success of Key Results (KR). The university's project is organized by the Research and Development Institute, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. It is an online meeting via Zoom Meeting.

             The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Rachana Chandrasa, Vice President for Research and Development, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with executives, faculty, and personnel from university departments. I joined in listening to the operational guidelines according to the Key Performance Indicators (KR) to gain a correct understanding and be able to apply them to the operations according to the missions of each agency. Effectively and promote the university's management to achieve strategic goals.

           This meeting is part of the process of monitoring and developing operational capabilities within the university, ensuring that all units have consistent operational guidelines and can propel the university towards sustainable success.
