On Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 7:00 a.m., Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, assigned Mr. Ekkachon  Noi NgerDirector of the Central Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, along with Mr. Chaiwat Tukammee, Head of the Procurement Department, Treasury Department, and Ms. Aphinya Mukdathanaphong, General Administration Officer The Education Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, participated in the wreath-laying ceremony on the anniversary of the death of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn. "Chulalongkorn Day" in the year 2025 at the plaza in front of the Royal Monument of King Chulalongkorn, Samut Songkhram Provincial Hall

         Mr. Chaiyachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presided over the ceremony, along with heads of government agencies, public sector organizations, the private sector, and educational institutions. Participate in the activity together to express loyalty and remember the infinite grace of His Majesty the King. King Chulalongkorn, "The Great King", the monarch who performed numerous royal duties for the well-being of the Thai people.

          Activities in the ceremony included laying wreaths and standing in silence to commemorate His Majesty's grace. The atmosphere was peaceful, simple, and filled with gratitude for His Majesty's grace.
