             #Mid-Autumn Festival is called “Zhongqiu” in Chinese, meaning “mid-autumn”. This important festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month of the Chinese calendar. Which will correspond to the Thai calendar during September-October of every year, and this year it will be on Monday, October 6, 2025.

         #Mooncakes are considered a symbol of unity and completeness. The round shape of the cakes signifies the completeness, unity, and readiness of the family members, just like the full moon.   

        Auspicious meanings based on the fillings

                   Watermelon seed or red bean filling = prosperity

                    Durian filling = wealth

  •                     Salted egg filling = prosperity and good fortune
                        Lotus seed filling = purity and longevity

            Overall, mooncakes symbolize happiness, love, unity, and good fortune within the family.
