Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, along with Mr. Ekanarin Piyapanyamonkol, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Campus Office. Mr. Ekkachon Noi-Ngern, Director of the Central Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, organized a workshop on writing a workload framework for personnel at the Samut Songkhram Campus Office/internal supervision units for the fiscal year 2025.
The objective is to enhance knowledge, understanding and skills in writing workload frameworks for subordinate personnel so that they can apply them to their work effectively and in a consistent manner.
We were honored to have Mr. Chamni Nilarun, a human resource management expert, and Ms. Busara Srikranon, Director of the Human Resource Management Division, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, as speakers to provide knowledge on this occasion.
This training focused on exchanging knowledge through practical training, creating an understanding of how to write a workload framework that is accurate, consistent with standards, and can be applied in daily operations. It also aims to develop the potential of personnel of the Samut Songkhram Campus Office/internal regulatory agencies to keep pace with changes and achieve effective management.
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus hopes that this training will help build correct knowledge and understanding and increase potential. The ability of personnel to work in order to enhance the quality of campus administration to be strong and sustainable.
The training will be held on August 21, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Computer Lab, Phadung Chiva Building (College of Nursing and Health Building), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus.
