Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, has assigned Mr. Chamrat Nimsamran, Acting Head of the Planning and Budgeting Department.and Ms. Chudarat Chantai, Policy and Planning Analyst, Policy and Planning Division, Samut Songkhram Campus, participated in the project "Upgrading the Skills of New-Generation Policy and Planning Analysts"

            The objective is to enable analysts to understand modern theories, principles, and concepts in preparing, analyzing, and evaluating policies and plans effectively. They will also be able to summarize issues, determine policy options, and suggest approaches. In order to solve complex problems systematically and creatively, it also promotes the exchange of knowledge, experiences and best practices in policy and plan analysis among personnel within various agencies and organizations effectively.

          We were honored by Assistant Professor Dr. Wirayut Phimphaphon, Deputy Dean for Quality Development and Academic Services, Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus, who gave a lecture on the topic 1. Strategic Thinking. 2. Statistical data analysis for planning and policy formulation 3. Risk analysis and policy uncertainty management 4. Application of AI and digital tools in policy and planning analysis

           The project is organized by the Personnel Training and Development Division, Human Resources Management Division, Office of the President, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, on August 19, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Chor Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
