Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, was honored to preside over the opening ceremony of the workshop "Promoting Mental Strength" for university students. In Health District 5, fiscal year 2025, along with Mr. Ekanarin Piyapanyamonkol, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Campus Office and personnel Samut Songkhram Campus Office led a team of students from the College of Allied Health Sciences and the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, to participate in the project.

              The project is organized by Mental Health Center No. 5, led by Ms. Benyapha Somlak, a skilled clinical psychologist, along with Mr. Praphan Ariya, a public health practitioner, and Ms. Chitchanok. Mr. Prachantasen, a Public Health Officer, and Ms. Witri Yang, a Public Health Officer, were also speakers at this event.

           The objective is to strengthen mental immunity, develop mental health care skills, and promote students' potential to cope with stress and various challenges mindfully and sustainably.

             The event included informative lectures, experience exchanges, and creative group activities that promoted self-listening. and others, build understanding of their own worth and potential, and develop effective ways to care for their mental health in daily life.

             This participation marks another important step in promoting mental well-being for students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, and establishing a collaborative network. Between educational institutions and mental health agencies in Health Region 5 to jointly care for and develop the nation's youth to grow steadily both physically and mentally.

             The project will be held on July 21, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the 100-seat meeting room on the 5th floor of the Phadung Chiva Building (College of Nursing and Health Building), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus.
