                  Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus aims to create new standards in the systematic development of student dormitory management to enhance the efficiency of taking care of faculty, personnel and students to be more efficient. Focusing on safety, convenience and appropriate living conditions, it encourages residents to live their lives within the university compound with confidence and with complete quality.

                  From this concept, Mr. Ekanarin Piyapanyamongkol, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Campus Office, has assigned Mr. Ekkachon Noi-ngern, Director of the Central Division, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, to lead the team of department heads and personnel of the Property and Income Division. Samut Songkhram Campus Office visited to study and exchange experiences on the student dormitory management system at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus.

                 We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Saowani Kamnerdrat, Director of Nakhon Pathom Campus Office, along with Ms. Piyarat Sewatadul, Acting Director of Property and Income Division, Student Dormitory Caretakers, and related personnel. There was an exchange of ideas and experiences on management systems for student dormitories and buildings and locations in various aspects, such as: Occupancy registration system, room allocation system, digital maintenance notification, tracking of occupancy status and occupancy history, as well as internal and external security systems, etc.

             This study visit was held on June 27, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Kaew Chao Chom Meeting Room, 4th floor, Faculty of Communication Arts Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Nakhon Pathom Campus. The objective was to develop a student dormitory management system. efficient is one of the important approaches that the university is committed to in improving its services.
