Assistant Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn Thongmuang, Deputy Dean of Samut Songkhram Campus, has assigned Ms. Patchara Saengnuen, General Administration Officer, Education Division, along with Ms. Chutharat Chantai, Policy and Planning Analyst, Policy and Planning Division. Samut Songkhram Campus Office, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the ceremony of enshrining the royal heart, raising the spire of the “Luang Pho Ban Laem” statue, 12.30 meters high, and the ceremony of pouring gold to cast a “replica” of Luang Pho Ban Laem to celebrate the 123rd anniversary of Samut Songkhram Province.

            With His Holiness Somdej Phra Maha Ratchamangkhun Muni, member of the Supreme Sangha Council and the leader of the Central Region, as the chairman of the monk ceremony, and Mrs. Nisakorn Wisitsora-at, the governor of Samut Songkhram Province, as the chairman of the laity ceremony. Along with the Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, heads of government agencies, the public and private sectors, and a large number of people joined the ceremony.

            The ceremony was held on May 21, 2025 at 8:09 a.m. at Wat Yai, Mae Klong Subdistrict, Mueang District, Samut Songkhram Province.
