"Request for military service deferment for the academic year 2025"

Students who wish to apply for military service deferment, please proceed as follows:

1.1 Fill in the answer before entering the group with student ID (do not abbreviate)

1.2 Name your profile with your first and last name only

Note: If you do not comply, you will not be approved to join the group.

2. Prepare the following documents and evidence:

2.1) 1 copy of the summons (Sor Dor 35)

2.2) 1 copy of the military certificate (Sor Dor 9)

2.3) 1 copy of the student ID card

2.4) 1 copy of the national ID card

2.5) 1 copy of house registration

2.6) Student certificate (original) 1 copy

2.7) 1 copy of name change certificate (if any)

2.8 1 copy of Sor Dor 10 in case of transfer of military residence (if any)

2.9) 1 copy of Sor Dor 43 in case of deferment but transfer of educational institution

3. Students can submit their petitions and documents according to Section 2 from May 20, 2025 to December 19, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except public holidays) at the Student Affairs One Stop Service, 1st floor, Phdung Chiva Building, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus.

The conditions for submitting a petition and supporting documents are as follows:

- Must be a person born in 2005

- Must be a person who has not studied ROTC or has not completed ROTC according to the curriculum

- Must be a student of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus (affiliated with the College of Allied Health Sciences/College of Nursing and Health)
