Assistant Professor Dr. Pharmacist Pimporn Thongmuang, Deputy Dean of Samut Songkhram Campus, has assigned Ms. Suphanrai Songwanthai, Acting Head of Building and Facilities Department, and Ms. Aphinya Mukdathanaphong, General Administration Officer, Property and Revenue Division, Central Division. Samut Songkhram Campus Office, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the ceremony to present the royal fabric pattern “Siriraj Phasatraphon Fabric Pattern” to use the royal fabric pattern as a prototype and further develop it to increase the value of local fabric products and handicrafts.
With Mrs. Nisakorn Wisitsora-at, the governor of Samut Songkhram Province, as the chairman of the ceremony, Mr. Korakot Wongsuwan, Mr. Ranaschai Phumcharoen, the deputy governors of Samut Songkhram Province, also joining the ceremony. Samut Songkhram Province organized a ceremony to present the royal fabric pattern "Siriraj Phasatraphon"To the group of producers, OTOP entrepreneurs in the fabric and clothing categories, household items, decorations, souvenirs, government officials and related leading organizations, totaling 70 individuals, to use the royal fabric pattern as a prototype and further develop it. Local wisdom and handicrafts, as well as adding value to Thai fabric products and handicrafts in every region, as well as following the royal initiatives of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya in promoting the conservation of Thai fabric wisdom to be modern and international and to publicize and create awareness of royal fabric patterns.
The ceremony will be held on April 8, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the Phiphatmongkhon Auditorium, Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization, Mae Klong Subdistrict, Mueang District, Samut Songkhram Province.
