At the 1st floor, Phadungchiva Building (College of Nursing and Health Building) Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Samut Songkhram Campus

Preparatory actions Before donating blood

- 1 - 2 days before the blood donation day, you should drink a lot of water. To keep the body refreshed Good blood circulation

- You should eat approximately 4 hours before donating blood.

- You should sleep at least 6 hours before donating blood.

❌ Refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages. Before donating blood

❌ You should not play sports. Or exercise that requires you to sweat a lot. 1 day before blood donation

Students who wish to donate blood can choose to receive

1) Activity hour units, 3 units or

2) Student Loan Fund Volunteer, 5 hours

Note: Students can register for activity or volunteer hours at the Student Affairs Department, One stop Service, Samut Songkhram Campus.
