June 2nd at 2.30 pm Assistant Professor Dr. Phon.Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting President of Samut Songkhram Campus, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, signed a memorandum of cooperation on the role of supporting temples and communities in sustainable happiness between provincial and district levels by Phra Thepsumeti, the Provincial Prefect of Samut Songkhram (Dhamyut). And signed a memorandum of understanding on the role of supporting temples and communities in sustainable happiness at the provincial level. The governor of Samut Songkhram Province was the chairperson of the department. 

         Ready. And Mr. Sirisak Sirimangkala, Mr. July Wongsuwan, Deputy Governor of the relevant government department, witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation for Supporting Wat and Community. Participation of all sectors in order to jointly solve the problems of the local people and to promote the people's wisdom in making a living. And the quality of life of the people can be made to be happy and sustainable. 

         The MOU includes supporting and driving the implementation of sub-district network partnerships, expanding the effect to village/community network partners, supporting the mission of helping people in various areas with monks in Samut Songkhram. The MOU is valid for three years. From the day the three parties signed it.
