On 3 June 2006 at 07.00 hrs., Mr. Pichai Noi-ngoen, Director of the Central Division of Samut Songkhram Campus, was honoured to attend the event in honour of Her Majesty the Queen on the occasion of Her Majesty the Queen's Birthday 3 June 2006 and to attend the merit-making ceremony for charity.The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Somnuk Promkiew, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province.
