Oct 9, 2018 at 1.30pm, Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held personnel meeting 9/2018 in order to convey the organization indicators and the expected achievement to individual level according to the governmental policy in fiscal Year 2019. Mr.Kanpetch Saranontawat, executive vice president of Samut Songkhram Education Center, was the chairman of the meeting together with head of each department, head of business income segment, and relevant authorities who attended the meeting. The objective was to adapt policies and guidelines to improve the internal work in the center which is a tool for strategic management of the whole system linking to the strategic planning system, implementing the strategy into practice, following up the results by the process of conveying the indicators and organizational goals to organizational and individual levels, and linking between the performances to emphasize the strategy, the indicators, the value of the organization's goals into action to achieve the achievement.

There were agenda items to follow up and report on problems and obstacles as follows:

• Operation plan of educational Center
• Timeline of monitoring the implementation of the affirmative action office
• Risk Management Plan and Internal Control Plan
• Employee Summary Report
• Report on the progress of all operations

Mr.Kanpetch has told all staffs to perform their duties efficiently and not to fight for individual benefit. And to work as assigned but maximize the benefits to the organization. The meeting was arranged at the Health Rehabilitation Building 5th Floor, Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Center. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
