On October 22nd, 2018 at 09.00am, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led by Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Head of the Office and personnel attended the flower garlands laying ceremony at the Statue of the Horse at the Royal Monument of King Chulalongkorn. On this occasion, Mrs. Sukanda Worachetbancha, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province presided over the ceremony of lighting candles and worshiping The King Rama V, while Mr. Prachin Thansirisin, Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram Province laid flower garlands at the Statue of the King Rama V’s Horse at the front of Samut Songkhram City Hall.
