On November 29th, 2018, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, director of Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, together with Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, the head of the office signed Memorandum of Agreement on Services for health education and public relations for the education center of Samut Songkhram Province in order to promote academic cooperation in health services to the community to improve the quality of people life.

The signing ceremony was held at Suan Luang Municipality. Mr. Samruay Klinapai, district mayor, and CPO 1. Nitad Rodklai, permanent secretary of Tambon Administration organization acting on behalf of the president of the Tambon Administration organization in terms of providing academic services and transferring knowledge to the community system to raise the standard of community, society and participation in national development, leading to the "research center and academic service with excellence in the care of the elderly in the international level.

The signing of this agreement has the scope of cooperation in various fields as follows: 1. Conducting joint training, seminars, research, academic advising or other services that provide academic services to the needs of the target group. 2. Exchanging knowledge to build and develop the cooperation in academic services.
