Oct 9, 2018 at 9.00, Mr.Kanpetch Saranontawat, executive vice president of Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University discussed with Samut Songkhram Provincial Livestock Office in order to start a memorandum of understanding (MOU) of working together on implementation of governmental guidelines between government agencies and state enterprises.

Samut Songkhram Provincial Livestock Office proposed 2 development plans, which are 1. Rabies 2. School education in Samut Songkhram province, to strengthen general knowledge to people, to promote research to be more outstanding and to strengthen local development.

Mr.Kanpetch Saranontawat, executive vice president of Samut Songkhram Education Center introduced community access of the center, which is to improve new innovations in the community to increase the value of tourism in Samut Songkhram province.

However, the discussion was to sign the memorandum of cooperation (MOU) to cooperate in implementing the integration approach and achieve concrete results. Furthermore, the objective is to encourage all the government sectors to develop tourism resources and build a knowledge base to enhance research. The discussion was held at the Health Rehabilitation Building 5th floor, Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
