On January 13th, 2021 at the College of Allied Health Sciences, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, together with Assoc. Prof. Somdej Rungsrisawat, Dean of the College of Allied Health Sciences, have agreed to sign MOU for the delivery and being delivered of the area for the construction of cannabis plants according to the academic project "The Development of Cannabis for Medical Use" between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and Elephant Cann Co.,Ltd., which the delivery person allocated an area of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, for 45.71 × 70 meters, totaling 2 rai to support the construction of cannabis plants according to the academic cooperation project. The delegate must be responsible for establishing safety measures related to access to the area within the Samut Songkhram Education Center for personal or company officers who must pass through and exit the center area, while the design of the construction of cannabis plants must be environmentally friendly and not be harmful to the ecosystem. During construction, trees must not be cut and destroyed in the designated area. If it is necessary to destroy, the delegate must maintain the maximum number of trees in the area. Moreover, the delegate would start using the area to carry out activities for the objectives of the MOU for the Cannabis Development Program for Medical Purpose from January 13, 2021. This MOU was made in two copies with the same accuracy, which both parties have read and reviewed before signing it as evidence and have held one issue each.
