On December 4th, 2018, Asst.Prof.Pimporn Thongmuang, the  director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and Mr.Pichet Phopakdee, Samut Songkhram provincial education officer, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on health education project and public relations of Samut Songkhram Education Center. Mr. Kaenpeth Saranontawat, deputy executive director, Mr. Krich Numwat, deputy provincial education officer, joined the witness at the Health Rehabilitation Building, 5th Floor, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
