On January 12th, 2021, Asst. Prof. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University accepted a policy order to implement measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) from Mr. Charas Bunnasa, Samut Songkhram Provincial Governor. The Coronavirus Disease Situation Center 2019, the Ministry of the Interior announced a policy with measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and recommended to download and use the application "Mor Chana" in order to implement effective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Samut Songkhram Province, as well as emphasized that the Samut Songkhram Provincial Government Agencies to involve and bring policy proposals into implementation, to instructed relevant personnel to be volunteers in public relations requesting cooperation from educational institutions or centers within Samut Songkhram Province, to assign personnel in every department to provide assistance and advice to download and use the application system "Mor Chana". The government officers, government agencies, districts, and local government organizations, had been ordered to download this application first to be an example to the public.

                   On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of the Center assigned Mr. Jirayus Poonsawat, Acting Chief of Business Department and Ms. Pavinee Saklebpradu, Acting Student Dormitory Manager, Samut Songkhram Education Center to lead personnel to organize public relation event to introduce the application "Mor Chana" to personnel, students, and staff of the center and the student dormitory division within  Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and assigned personnel of the center to monitor the community daily to assess of the situation according to preventive measures of the government in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19.
