
The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the happiness at work of early childhood teachers under the Local Government of Eastern Thailand 2) to compare the happiness at work of early childhood teachers under the Local Government of Eastern Thailand, classified by general data. The samples consisted of 343 early childhood teachers under the Local Government of Eastern Thailand. The research tool was the questionnaires. The statistics used in the research were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research hypothesis tests used in the research were t-test, F-test.
The results were as follows: 1) the majority of the early childhood teachers were 305 females (88.92%). The age was mostly 31 - 40 years old, 155 people (45.19%). The marital status was mostly marriage, 282 people (82.22%). The education level was mostly undergraduate, 196 people (57.14%). The work experience was mostly 11 – 20 years, 209 people (60.93%). 2) the happiness at work of early childhood teachers in overview was in the highest level. Considering in each aspect found that the happiness at work of early childhood teachers which was in the highest level including loving the job in the first rank, contact relations in the second rank, and the successful at work in the third rank. The happiness at work of early childhood teachers in the high level was the recognition in the fourth rank. 3) The research hypothesis testing found that the happiness at work of early childhood teachers in overview was not different. Considering in each aspect found that the happiness at work of early childhood teachers classified by gender, age, marital status, education level, and work experience, were not different in all aspects.
