The research of the relationship between personal factors and emotional intelligence with the attitude toward the Thai cultural factors of undergraduate students was a cross-sectional survey research. The purposes were to study the attitude toward the Thai cultural factors and to analyse the difference between personal factors ; sex, age, the studying years ,factulty of studying, domicile (birthplace), number of siblings, birth order, father’s occupation, mother's occupation, parental marital status and the current living person with attitude toward Thai cultural factors, relationship between emotional intelligence with attitude toward the Thai cultural factors. 415 samples were selected by simple random sampling from the every year of undergraduate students of the academic year 2014, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.Data were collected by using the attitude toward the Thai cultural factors questionnaireand emotional intelligence questionnaire. Cronbach coefficient of reliability for attitude towards the Thai cultural factors and emotional intelligence were 0.89 and 0.93 respectively.Data were analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test ,F-test, Scheffe and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The study found that attitude toward the Thai cultural factors is the most a good level of 70.1 percent, follow by not good and moderate level of 15.7 percent and 14.2 percent respectively. The statistically significant personal factors (p-value<0.05) difference with attitude toward the Thai cultural factors were the studying years ,factulty of studying, domicile (birthplace), father's occupation, mother’s occupation. The statistically significant factors (p-value<0.05) associated with attitude toward the Thai cultural factors were positive association in the overall emotional intelligence (r=0.46), the proficiency aspect (r=0.36), the goodness aspect (r=0.36) and the happiness aspect(r=0.36). The non-significant factors (p-value>0.05) with attitude toward the Thai cultural factors were age , sex, number of siblings and birth order, parental marital status and the current living person.
