On December 12rd 2018 at 10.00 AM, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, the director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with Ms.Orawan Vutthicho from department of planning and quality assurance attended the 8th provincial administrative committee meeting in 2018 which was presided by Ms.Sukanda Vorachetbancha, governor of Samut Songkhram province, in order to listen to the implementation of the provincial administration in accordance with Royal Decree on provincial administration Act BE 2008, section 18 and section 19, provincial development plan, from 4 years to 5 years (2018- 2022), the annual provincial acting plan in fiscal year 2020, guidelines for the budget allocation of provinces and in the fiscal year 2020, and the provincial development plan revision of the year 2018-2022. Samut Songkhram Education Center participated in the project to jointly develop the research project of 5 projects:

1. Cultural development project in Samut Songkhram province fiscal year 2020

2. Program for young people, working people and the elderly to develop skills to educate the media, create network as an online entrepreneur

3. Osteoporosis reduction program of people aged 50 and above

4. Project to upgrade the standard of hotel services

5. The project of preparing hotel operators for the elderly tourists.

Moreover, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Center, together with Education Office, Social Development and Human Security Office, Local Administration Department, and Private Education Commission Office, arranged the early childhood development and promotion program in Samut Songkhram province to develop and develop elementary school children (ages 3-6) in 4 issues: physical, emotional and mental, society and intelligence.
