On January 25th, 2019 at 09.00 AM, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the honor of opening the project to enhance knowledge and understanding for staff and business operators according to the Film and Video Act 2008, Samut Songkhram Province Fiscal Year 2019, Mrs. Suchada Thungwa, Samut Songkhram Culture Officer, reported the objectives of the project which were to create knowledge and understanding for business operators about the video. Mr. Prachin Thansirisin, deputy governor of Samut Songkhram, presided over the ceremony and was a special lecture on the topic of the policy of Samut Songkhram province and the supervision of the operation of the video shop at Khum Phya Saw Resort, Tambon Lat Yai, Amphoe Mueang Samut Songkhram, Samut Songkhram Province.
