Local Lower Central Province Research and Development Institute, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunata Rajabhat University and Personnel of Samut Songkhram Education Center to Discuss the Integrated Approach Development of Aquaculture in the Natural Mangrove Forest Area Bringing Academic Benefits to the University and Further Academic Benefits

On 24 December 2021, at 10.00 hr., Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Chief of the Samut Songkhram Education Center Office, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with Ms. Saranya Noonak, Acting Director of the Local Lower Central Province Research and Development Institute, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunata Rajabhat University and personnel of Samut Songkhram Education Center discussed the integrated approach development of aquaculture in the natural mangrove forest area. Ms. Naruchol Pattrapanyawong, Fishery Scholar, Samut Songkhram Fisheries Research Station, Faculty of Fisheries, Kasetsart University gave advice on raising snapper in the mangrove area of the Samut Songkhram Center. On this occasion, there was a case study of raising sea bass by the owner of the breeding farm, Pornnapha Farm, in Bang Kaeo Subdistrict, Mueang District, Samut Songkhram Province as a guideline for the development of sea bass raising in the mangrove forest area as well as the advice provided on the development of mangrove forest natural areas to achieve a balance in raising animals which relies on the integration of scientific knowledge and expertise specialization of Kasetsart University together with the knowledge of social sciences of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and an expert in career guidance in kindergarten and raising sea bass under the context of the Samut Songkhram Education Center area which was established according to the objectives in the establishment of Rajabhat Universities for local development in the process of research on economic aquaculture in the mangrove forest area within the university for academic purposes in studying the growth of aquatic animals and the ecosystem in the mangrove forest environment surrounding the university which would enhance the academic benefits to the university.
