Director of "Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University" Samut Songkhram Center Participates in the Evaluation of Government Performance as a Sub-committee of Samut Songkhram Provincial Service Organization in Fiscal Year 2021

                       On 9 December 2021 at 10.00 hr., Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, joined a sub-committee for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of the provincial administration organizations in Samut Songkhram for the fiscal year 2021, with sub-committees from government agencies participating in the assessment focusing on continuity and consistency of all relevant processes, apart from the subject performance appraisal and the results at the end, by emphasizing the benefits to the organization and aiming to achieve concrete and transparent performance and to accurately reflect the characteristics of the work and the value of the performance. In addition, the results of performance appraisals can also be taken away and used in other personnel management tasks as well. The discussion was held at Samut Samakkhi Room, Samut Songkhram Provincial Service Organization.
