"Suan Sunandha" Samut Songkhram Center Organizes a Workshop Project on "Organization Development with Positive Thinking to Work as a Team with Creativity and Happiness”

Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University along with Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Chief of the Office organized a workshop project on "Organization Development with Positive Thinking to Work as a Team with Creativity and Happiness between 3-4 November 2021 at the seminar room, Wanavaree Resort Hotel, Chanthaburi Province.

It was honored by Dr. Kaenphet Saranontawat as a lecturer in order to build a sense of positive thinking and make employees learn to work as a team, to know the word Spirit, to know acceptance, to know their roles and duties in working as a team, and to know the different factors of working as a team with a team building training method. The employees felt fun while gaining knowledge of the content and useful information. In particular, the knowledge gained can be applied to real work with a level of creative behavioral changes and ways of working. The workshop and brainstorming seminars enhance knowledge with research for personnel in the Education Center.

In this regard, there was the visit to Khung Kraben Bay Royal Development Study Center, Chanthaburi Province to study the sustainable management of coastal resources and learn to develop fisheries and coastal aquaculture to increase the country's productivity considered as the basis of fisheries development as well as to develop other activities.
