Director of "Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University" Samut Songkhram Center Assigned Chief of the Office to Attend a Wreath-laying Ceremony to Pay Homage on the Occasion of the Chulalongkorn Day at the Courtyard in Front of the Royal Monument of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn

                On 23 October 2021, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University assigned chief of the office to attend a wreath-laying ceremony to pay homage on Chulalongkorn day, King Rama V, at the courtyard in front of the royal monument of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn.

              Mr. Supot Yossingkham, Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presided over wreath-laying ceremony and paid homage to His Majesty's grace in front of the royal monument of King Chulalongkorn on the occasion of Chulalongkorn day, King Rama V. Mr. Sirisak Sirimangkala, Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, Colonel Jirarot Kongvaree, Deputy Director of Internal Security Administration, executives, chiefs of government agencies, judges, prosecutors, soldiers, police, and Red Cross members attended the ceremony under the measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

            In 1904, His Majesty King Chulalongkorn visited Samut Songkhram Province which was a royal visit according to the advice of the royal doctor. He wanted to go on a private trip without letting the people know him. Therefore, His Majesty had the idea to initiate an unofficial boat procession for personal purposes.
