
Director of “Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University” Samut Songkhram Center Supports the Lunch Program for Personnel to Provide Services within the Center with the idea “Growing Vegetables for Lunch Project” Focusing on Eating Organic Vegetables for Better Health and Helping Reduce the Cost of Purchasing Vegetables
On 1 October, 2021, at the Samut Songkhram Education Center, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, supported the lunch program for personnel because many agencies are still working from home, but the center still has to operate to provide various services within the center, with the idea “Growing Vegetables for Lunch” focusing on eating organic vegetables for better health and helping reduce the cost of purchasing vegetable raw materials. It is also the cultivation of living in accordance with the principles of sufficiency economy for personnel. The success factor of the lunch program was the participation of personnel in building works and premises division, maids,gardeners who took part in bringing good quality seeds and seedlings in order to grow fresh organic vegetables to cook lunch for the personnel in the center, personnel from the business space rental division, and maids of the center who are experienced in cooking and adhering to the principles of cleanliness and safety. These are all factors for the success of the Samut Songkhram Education Center's Lunch Program in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
