Samut Songkhram Province presided over the meeting along with Mr. Somphum Thammayoddee, Samut Songkhram Province Education Officer perform secretarial duties and the Provincial Education Commission and related officials attend the meeting to participate in the consideration of official matters under the Education Commission at Bang Khon Meeting Room, 3rd floor, Samut Songkhram City Hall.
