On January 6th, 2021 at 10.00am Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Chief of the Office, along with Mr. Jirayus Poonsawat, Acting Chief of Business Department, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunan Rajabhat University, provided information about surveillance measures and the screening of COVID-19 to Ms. Supawadee Klinfung, Labor Scholar, Labor Protection and Welfare Samut Songkhram Province, who visited the establishment's management for cooperation in implementing surveillance measures and examining disease screening and for building awareness about measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, such as measuring temperature, providing hand sanitiser gel, wearing a mask, spacing at work, and cleaning items used regularly. The public relations had built awareness and let personnel know how to prevent COVID-19 disease, know details according to the announcement of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare on guidelines and practices in surveillance to fight COVID- 19 in the workplace. If there are personnel taking a break from work for any reason for a period of 3 days or more, the center would check the well-being of such persons. If it showed the reason to suspect that it may be related to COVID-19, the center would ask for cooperation to notify the Samut Songkhram Provincial Labor Protection and Welfare Office.
