On January 31st, 2019 at 09.00 AM, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a learning education project about the sufficiency economy for the people in the area of Bang Noi Floating Market, Bang Khonthi District, Samut Songkhram Province. Ajarn Narin Kakatum, a lecturer and student from the College of Allied Health Sciences, demonstrated how to make cream product, scrub, and shower cream. The training taught people to know to be able to apply knowledge to create income and also increase knowledge in health care.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, mentioned about the sufficiency economy philosophy that can be used in the operation of the university to benefit the academic services for Bang Noi Floating Market. The director believed that it would be successful due to the principle of sufficiency economy.
In addition, the center also distributed products from the training and product formulation to people in the community while all of them should understand the concept of diligence, saving, honest, patience, good behavior, and simple living.
