On July 28th, 2019 at 07.30am, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University along with Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Head of the Office led the personnel to participate in the activity on the occasion of His Majesty the King's birthday on July 28th, 2019 at the Provincial Administrative Organization Auditorium for Buddhist ceremonies and to give offerings to 68 monks before signing the blessing to show loyalty and a sense of grace to His Majesty the King while Mrs. Sukanda Worachetbancha, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province was the president of the ceremony.
