On December 28th, 2019 at 08.00am, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, attended the ceremony of placing a fresh flower bush as a royal offering and pay royal praise in honor of King Taksin. Mr. Charas Bunnasa, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presided over the ceremony and brought officers, state employees, associations, foundations, students, teachers, merchants, and people to place the shrine on the 28th of December at Activity Building, Samut Songkhram Technical College, Mueang District, Samut Songkhram Province. It is also a crowned day and a memorial day of "Taksin Maharaj" and according to Thai history on 28th of December 1768 which is the day of King Taksin.
