On December 28th, 2018 at 10.00 AM, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with Ms. Rungtiwa Bunsri, general administration officer, attended the meeting of committee of the center for drug prevention and suppression in Samut Songkhram and the sub-committee on monitoring the prevention and solution of drug problems in Samut Songkhram 12/2018. Mr. Prachin Thansirisin, deputy governor of Samut Songkhram presided over the meeting while the head of government agencies attended the meeting to acknowledge the drug situation and to monitor the operation results according to the preventive action plan on suppression and treatment of drugs in Samut Songkhram province.

In driving operations in 2019, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, as an educational institution, has created an action plan to propel the drug campaign into 4 activities as follows:

1. Anti-drug activities of the Student Organization Council
2. Public service activities / volunteering
3. Survey, search for risk / addiction groups and trade groups
4. Drug education / drug prevention activities

The activities was focusing on the order of Deputy Prime Minister Gen. Prawit Wongsuwan by integrating all departments in monitoring and searching for traders at Mae Klong Meeting Room (5th floor), Samut Songkhram City Hall.
