On February 27th, 2019 at 1.00 PM, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, signed a blessing to Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak for recovering from the sickness at the City Hall Building, 1st Floor, Samut Songkhram Province.
