On February 27th, 2019 at 10.00 AM, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, attended the meeting of the Samut Songkhram provincial department and chiefs of government agencies in February 2019. Mrs. Sukanda Worachetbancha, the governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presided over the meeting, along with the heads of government agencies, local leader, and private organizations. Before the Meeting, Interior Housewife Association gave 9 scholarships for students. Then, The governor of Samut Songkhram raised the issue of preparing the sacrificial ceremony to draw the holy water of Samut Songkhram Province in the Royal Coronation. The Ministry of Interior was informed by the Royal Volunteer Spirit Center that every province have to establish the local volunteer center to drive the volunteer spirit project, preparation, integration, and water management in order to handle with the water situation in the dry season that would occur, at the Mae Klong meeting room, 5th floor, Samut Songkhram City Hall.
