On December 25th, 2019 at 03.00pm, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center,  Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University proposed for agenda 5.3 regarding the appointment of the Board of Directors of Samut Songkhram Education Center to the University Council Meeting 12/2019, while the chancellor, committee, executive representatives and the council committee attended. The agenda had been approved by the committee which lead to the meeting's resolution.
