On October 25th, 2019 at 09.00am, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center along with Mr. Kaenphet Saranontawat, Deputy Director for Administration Department led the education center personnel team to organized a booth at the event Royal Kathin Robe Offering Ceremony at Chareon Sukharam Worawihan Temple as well as welcomed and invited the Chief of Samut Songkhram Province to participate, such as Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ruedej Kerdwichai, president of the ceremony, Mr. Charas Bunnasa, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, Mr. Wongthep Khemwirat, Deputy Governor, and Colonel Chirarot Kongvaree, Deputy Director of Samut Songkhram Internal Security Operations Command.
