On February 24th, 2019 at 02:30 PM, His Highness the King granted Mr Kasem Wattanachai, the Privy Councilor, to be the representative to pay homage to the royal monument of His Majesty King Buddha Loetla Nabhalai on the day of commemoration, February 24th, 2019. On this occasion, the Privy Councilor placed the flowers of the King and Queen Sirikit, the Queen in the 9th Reign. King Phra Buddha Lertla Napalai, the 2nd King of the Chakri Dynasty, he was the son of King Rama I. He born at Ratchaburi on February 26, 1768. he accompanied his father on military campaigns as a young man. Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led the staffs to pay homage to King Buddha Loetla Nabhalai, along with the heads of government agencies in Samut Songkhram province, at King Rama II Memorial Park, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.
