On October 23rd, 2020, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, together with personnel to lay floral wreaths to commemorate on the day of death of His Majesty the King Chulalongkorn Rama V. Mr. Charas Boonnasa, Samut Songkhram Governor, presided over the ceremony of laying wreaths and paying homage in front of the royal monument of King Chulalongkorn on the day of death of His Majesty the King Chulalongkorn Rama V to commemorate His Highness grace towards Thai people. On this occasion, Mrs. Rachada Boonnasa, President of the Provincial Red Cross, chiefs of government agencies, judiciary, military prosecutors, polices, students, and locals attended the ceremony.

           After that, there was a bicycle handover ceremony according to the royal initiative "Bicycle for Children Project", totaling 50 bicycles for primary school students in Samut Songkhram Province. The project is a part of the international long-distance cycling race in honor of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn for the 65th birthday on April 2nd, 2020, with the opening of the competition starting from Samut Songkhram Province on October 6th, 2020 and ending in Surat Thani Province on October 16th, 2020.
