On October 21st, 2020 at 07.00am, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University participated in the ceremony of offering wreaths at the royal monument of King Chulalongkorn, together with government agencies in Samut Songkhram Province while Mr. Charas Boonnasa, Samut Songkhram Governor, presided over the ceremony in front of the city hall. On this occasion, the Governor of Samut Songkhram offered fresh flower wreath, lit incense and candles in front of the King Chulalongkorn Monument.

           After that, the governor announced that Samut Songkhram Province has scheduled an annual ceremony of the Chulalongkorn Day 2020 on October 23rd, 2020 and there would be government agencies, all sectors, various organizations attending to pay homage and to lay wreaths for the Chulalongkorn Day ceremony in honor of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn, King Rama V.
