Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Center Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University with personnel attending the ceremony to pay homage (Panomthong - Panom Ngen) and candle light ceremony for The King of Thailand Queen Sirikit, The Queen's Birthday On August 12, 2020, in front of Samut Songkhram City Hall, Mr. Charas Boonnasa, Governor of Samut Songkhram, presided over the leadership of civil servants, heads of sections and people. The people of Samut Songkhram participated in the ceremony and sang the anthem and the Song of The Lady of Thailand to express their devotion to the most rare kindness of Her Majesty The Queen.
