On November 12th, 2019 at 11.00am, Asst. Prof. Dr. Phimphon Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center,  Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University proposed the agenda (draft) Memorandum of Cooperation with Samut Songkhram Province in the Academic Council Meeting 11/2019 while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ruedej Kerdwichai, Chancellor of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University  chaired the academic council meeting. In this regard, the resolution approved (draft) the Memorandum of Cooperation for technical cooperation with Samut Songkhram province at the Council Meeting Room, Building 31, 5th Floor.
