On July 1st, 2019 at 04.00pm, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University attended the press conference for the event "Orchestra in the Winter" at Rama 2 Memorial Park on July 6-7, 2019 held by Samut Songkhram Provincial Cultural Office to promote tourism in Samut Songkhram Province.
