On July 9th, 2019 at 01.30pm, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University surveyed areas outside the classroom to learn local wisdom in Samut Songkhram Province to extend the development plan together with Samut Songkhram Province under Grade 5-6 child development program by learning outside the classroom on Society, History, and Community geography at Bang Kung Subdistrict, Samut Songkhram Province in the topic "Hua To" which is an idea from the folk play by adding a lifestyle and the history of the community of Bang Kung Subdistrict and Rongheep Subdistrict. In this regard, Mr. Vejayan Kongprapa, President of Rongheep Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mr. Mongkol Lapjit, The Local Expert and Mr. Surachai Prapunpong, Headman of the village told the history of Hua To in order to be brought into the plan for the project.
