On July 6th, 2019 at 07.00pm, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University attended the event "Orchestra in the Winter at Rama II Memorial Park" which was held by Samut Songkhram Provincial Cultural Office to promote tourism in Samut Songkhram Province  between July 6-7, 2019 at Phra Buddha Loetla Napalai Memorial Park, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province.

This event was held to honor the King Buddha Lertlapa Napalai. to promote tourism, to generate income for the local people in Samut Songkhram Province and to preserve local traditions. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Siriwan Silapacharananan, Secretary-General of The King Rama II Phraboromrachanusorn Foundation under Royal Patronage presided over the opening ceremony.
