On June 29th, 2019 at 10.00 am, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University attended the honorary fashion show in the royal silk peacock contest to promote Thai culture, along with the honorary administrators from Samut Songkhram Province in order to honor His Majesty the King and reminiscent of The Queen Mother who continues and gives the importance of Thai silk which can be a career in Thailand for a long time and can generate sustainable income for farmers. In addition, Thai silk is also a product that is famous all over the world in terms of beauty and unique characteristics in each locality. It is considered as a heritage inherited from ancestors and should be worthy of conservation and continued to be a cultural heritage. Mrs. Sukanda Worachetbancha, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province attended a press conference after the fashion show of Thai silk dresses from honorary models at Ruenruthaisan, Rama 2 Memorial Park.
