On June 3rd, 2019 at 07.00 pm, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University together with the personnel participated in offering tray with pedestal and candle lit blessing "The Queen" at Samut Songkhram City Hall. Mrs. Sukanda Worachetbancha, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province presided over the ceremony of silver and golden tray and opening the cone of flowers in order to pay homage to the image of the Queen. The Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, the civil servants, and people of Samut Songkhram, had shown their loyalty to Her Majesty the Queen by singing an anthem to honor and celebrate on the auspicious occasion of the Queen’s birthday on June 3rd, 2019.
            Before entering the ceremony, there were heads of government agencies, state enterprises, private sectors, local administrative organizations, various organizations, volunteer spirits, and people joined the royal worship and offered tray with pedestal.
